We started as a company that provided raw material to the only crab processor that existed in Venezuela in the middle of the 20th century. We grew by increasing the number of blue crab fishing ports, supplying more than 50% of the raw material for the export market.

In the first years of the XXI century our industrialization was a fact. We began to supply other processing plants and our own, thus expanding to the international market.

From then until now, we have planted the family tradition for this economic item that defines us in our lifestyle and passion for what we do. We have seen our company grow, at the same time as our family, which is why today it is managed by the second and third generation since its foundation.

We have a highly qualified staff with vast experience acquired in more than 60 years of experience. Our company benefits more than 800 Venezuelan families who see in this work, their way of life and roots.

POLICIES AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT

To guarantee the safety and quality of our products, we implement international quality management systems such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) or Risk Analysis and Critical Control Points System, adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission ( CCA) and required by the United States Food and Drugs Administration (FDA).
